• pre-made items: send me the post with the product you want through dms!

• custom items: send me a dm with a sketch or reference image & any other details

• payment is through zelle or cash for friends & family, paypal or ko-fi for everyone else

• shipping fees depend on where you live, & will be calculated when you order

• no returns/refunds once items are shipped

• avoid tugging on keychains

• avoid putting heavy things in unlined bags, as it can stretch the yarn

• lined bags can handle more

weight, but still treat them carefully!

• do not pull on any loose ends

• to wash wearables:

- hand wash gently with cold water & mild soap if needed

- air dry flat & reshape if necessary!

- do not tumble dry
